Fitness Friday – Training Circuit

FAR POST’S FITNESS FRIDAY – The intention of these fitness circuits is meant to give players ideas of exercises they can do on their own that will help them be fit & stronger. Now more than ever, it is essential that our players take time every day to get outside & exercise. A strong body leads to a healthy body & mind. Players must realize that we will be back out on the soccer field at some point and the work you put in now will be important later on. A coach once told me that, “You lose fitness three times faster than you gain it” – Lesson: ALWAYS STAY FIT!” Not sure how accurate this ‘science’ is BUT this advice has served me very well my entire life.
