Growing up, we had a coach who was crazy about this fitness concept called Fartlek. I have attached a Fartlek session for our fitness this week – try this out. For our at-home training back a very long time ago, our coach used to tell us to run on our dirt roads and then alternate between sprinting and jogging power line poles.
