Below you will find five things mentally strong people do. We are not just talking about your sports heroes – pay attention to what the most successful players and people do on regular basis. It was once told to me by a well-respected coach, “Soccer is 10% physical and 90% mental.” Being mentally strong in the game is essential if you want to achieve anything.
