We have put together a checklist of the essential elements of a daily training routine for our players. The great players have clear goals and bulletproof plans. They stick to their plan, track their progress & development, push hard in training and make adjustments where needed. They are also obsessed with learning – Learning about the process, the game, themselves, their teammates, their opponents and everything. If you have a good plan, keep using it and consider searching for ways to improve and expand it. If you have no plan, use this checklist for your dedicated routine that starts today. -Coach Todd
