Thursday’s Theory – “Talent deserves to be nurtured.” Everyone is fairly clear on the three ‘playing building blocks’ where players move up through the system first by 3v3/4v4 small sided games and then progress all the way up until they get on the big 11v11 field. But not everyone knows the four ‘training building blocks.’ Here is a little outline with some details.
